Choc & Zucc Dinner

Tonight, two of my best friends are coming for a "girls only" dinner, as Maxence is on vacation in Tunisia (he leads quite the tough life, doesn't he). Marie-Laure Laurence and I go way back, we have in fact recently celebrated our ten-year friendship anniversary (yup, that's the kind of things we do!). We met in the first few days of junior high school, and have been very close friends ever since. It's a precious thing.

I had today off from work, and as I was cooking this afternoon, it suddenly dawned on me that tonight's menu is pretty much the poster child for this blog : I am serving Quinoa Ricotta Stuffed Zucchini, followed by Absolutely Chocolate Tartlets. Couldn't make it more Chocolate & Zucchini if I tried!
