Another appetizing post!
And much better than Nigella Lawsons interwiew/ recipe in the earlier issue of NPC!

I especially like that you describe every step in your recipe very carefully. Please keep that up!

So when do we get to hear you on the radio? Not that I don't enjoy your writing, but it's always cool to hear internet voices popping up in traditional media.

C&Z and NPR, two favorite sites I check every morning. Hmmm. Not sure about moving into vegetable jams but since you helped me renew my deep appreciation for sweet jams, perhaps I could try making a savory one.

A friend introduced me to the amazing combination of roasted grapes and rosemary . . . perhaps a savory jam in the making?
