Is My Paris Better Than Yours?

If you happen upon the May issue of Budget Travel magazine -- which should land on US newsstands today -- and leaf your way to page 120, you will find a piece that I wrote, called "My Paris Is Better Than Yours".

It is the second part of their "My [insert-city-name-here] Is Better Than Yours" series, which started last fall with a piece by Charlie Suisman about New York. The approach for this series is resolutely personal, giving voice to one person's love and passion for his/her city.

And my piece is, of course, all about food in Paris! Where to eat it ("EAT"), where to buy it ("SHOP") and what else can be done with, around or about it ("PLAY"). It is illustrated by Marie Hennechart's gorgeous photography and it holds as many of my favorite things as I could possibly fit in there -- and believe me I tried!

Note: For those of you who do not live in the US, the article should appear online in early May -- I will link to it when it does. For the others, I recommend you purchase this fine piece of magazine edition of course!
