Vegetable Tasting Dinner @ Bob's Kitchen
I am excited to announce that I will be co-hosting a vegetable tasting dinner in Paris on June 25th and 26th with my friend Braden, co-owner and brilliant chef at the underground restaurant Hidden Kitchen where I've staged a few times. The dinner will be held at Bob's Kitchen in the 3rd arrondissement, the wonderful vegetarian lunch restaurant where I worked in April.
Braden and I will be cooking a ten-course tasting menu that will focus on the glorious French vegetables* one has access to in June, and will be served with natural wines paired by Juan Sanchez, who runs wine shop La Dernière Goutte in Paris.
I hope you can join us! Dinner will start at 8pm, and the price is 80€ per person (ten-course dinner, paired wines included). Reservation requests are taken through email: please send your choice of date and number of guests along with your names and e-mail addresses at bobsveggiemenu *at* gmail *dot* com.
Update: Both nights are fully booked, but you can still email us to be placed on the waiting list, and we'll contact you in case of a cancellation.

Wow, Clotilde, I wish I could be there -- I'm sure this dinner will be nothing short of amazing! What veggies do you plan to spotlight on the menu? You'll have to share pictures and descriptions of the food so all of your international fans can feast vicariously =).
I would love to be at your dinner in Paris, but unfortunately will be on business in Asia at the time... sigh.
Vegetarian or non-vegetarian, that sounds like a wonderful dining experience! I wish I could go. A ten course meal in an underground restaurant sounds fab..and in Paris, nonetheless! Do take pictures when the day comes :)

What a great idea. Such a shame I can't be there. We want full descriptions! And pictures! And maybe a recipe or two..?
This sounds amazing. I wish we could see some pictures. Why don't you show us more pictures from your life? I would love to see some authentic parisian pictures from your point of you :)
Will you be co-hosting any other vegetable dinners in the near future? I will be in Paris at the beginning of September and would love a typical French Culinary experience!
