Eating Words: The Art of Food Blogging

“On Thursday Nov. 10 at George Brown College, internationally acclaimed food blogger Clotilde Dusoulier will give a presentation about her blog, Chocolate & Zucchini. If you have an interest in writing and blogging about food or just a passion for reading great food writing, join us for this opportunity to hear one of the most successful food bloggers discuss her craft. A question-and-answer session will follow, as well as the chance to purchase signed copies of her books. Light refreshments prepared by SCS students will also be available.”

“I Know How To Cook” Book Event + 6th Anniversary of C&Z

This event celebrates the release of I Know How To Cook, the bible of French home cooking published for the first time in English by Phaidon, and the sixth anniversary of Chocolate & Zucchini.

Starting from 7pm, I will be talking about the editorial work we did on the book, about blogging, bookwriting, and cooking, and we’ll have the opportunity to chat about these and other subjects. My own books — the cookbook and the Paris book — will also be available for purchase and signing. Wine and nibbles will be served.

This event is hosted by WHSmith, the popular English-language bookstore in Paris.
