Seeing as my last post got a reply that looks pretty good I thought I'd unleash all my questions here


I'd like to make my own sausages, it's as simple as that.

I can find pretty much everything that goes into them but getting the device to make them isn't so easy. Where in town could I pick up an l'appareil à saucisses ? I don't need a professional one, just something simple.

And le boyaux. Should I be able to ask a butcher for some (the lining that contains the sausage)

If you have a Kitchen Aid stand mixer, you can buy an attachment to grind meat AND feed it into the boyaux as you grind.
