Hi Alice ! To be honest, I don't know anyone who does the sort of thing you are looking for in my part of the world....

I have friends who run a B&B in SW France. I was there recently, and Ian, the owner/chef, gave us some "hands on" cooking lessons... Thank you for your links. This will give me a start as going all over the web is hard somethimes - when you don't know a country.

I am drawn to Provence. Your friends' B & B seem unique. I have already escaped seeing the photos!
