There is no spring water listed in the ingredient list of the Crepes recipe but it does appear in Step 1 of the directions. I would like to clarify if 1 cup of spring water is correct, and if the other liquid measurements are correct to make this recipe. Thanks!!
P.S. Hello and thank you for such a wonderful cookbook, Clotilde!! As much a pleasure to read your vivid introductions as it is to cook from the recipes themselves. |

Hello Winkyndobby and welcome to the forums!
Most publishers' style guidelines for cookbooks indicate that water should not be listed in the ingredients' list, which is why it doesn't appear here.
But 1 cup water is correct, as is 1 cup milk and all other measurements in this recipe.
Will you be making crepes for Candlemas this Saturday?
Clotilde. |
