Hi All,
I am winging it on out to Boston in October for a dear friends wedding and am in desperate need of a hotel. The one we normally stay at is way too far away from all of the wedding events and the last thing I want to do is take a long and expensive cab ride at midnight. The wedding is in Brookline and any suggestions would be very helpful.
Gracias! _________________ "It's watery....and yet there's a smack of ham."

Erin -
You could look at the location of the Holiday Inn at Brookline (1200 Beacon St.) to see if it is close to where you are attending the wedding. A friend and I stayed there almost 10 years ago - we had never been to Boston before and found it was ideal for us. Right on the 'T' for easy connection into the centre of Boston (the locals were so friendly too!), and shops and restaurants nearby within easy walking distance. _________________ Yesterday is history...

| There's also the Hotel Commonwealth in Kenmore Square (right near Fenway Park), which is a quick trolley ride away from Brookline. |
