We will be 8..this New Year's Eve...so far so good you say!
Various foods 'n drinks...the New York cheesecake looks more than yummy...the whiskey chocolate pate as well..
tiny lamb-mince pies..
so far so good..
thought I'd give eggnog a go...
that thing where eggs, sugar, and milk ...blend together to sort of thicken...well...this day...they didn't...'n I'm a little tired and plan to shower, get dressed, 'n relax a while..so ...yep...custard powder to help it along...but I reckon with the cream and the egg whites...'n the alcohol..'n the nutmeg..all will be fine...I'll keep you posted!
will imagine you tasting it...ah..eggnog avec custard powder...
apart from that...all looks well...paella for fun because I love it to bits...those saffron threads get to my heart...
eggnog hugs to all _________________ "I've never accepted the external appearance of things as the whole truth. The world is much more elaborate than the nerves of our eye can tell us." - James Gleeson |
