What are your favorite modern french cookbooks? I'm on the hunt for new and delicious french cookbooks. Books that talk about modernizing old classics, discovering new methods and flavor combinations, "bio" cuisine, etc. Mostly, I am looking for books in French.

Clotilde, I am sure you have many recommendations and I would be delighted if you could share a few, maybe your top 5? Anyone else?

Here are a few I like:
- L'Atelier bio
- Le Cuisinier et le parfumeur
- Recettes pour recevoir
- Tambouille
- Petits Ricochets de cuisine
- Régalade entre amis

And of course, I feel compelled to note that I've translated my own cookbook into French (wink wink): Chocolat & Zucchini.
