Does anyone have Nancy Silverton's book, Breads from the La Brea Bakery?
If so, I have a question about her croissant recipe. Smile

i have this book...and what is more exciting: i live close to her bakery so stroll in from time to time and spend stunning amounts of money on bread.

If you have a moment, and if you don't mind, could you share the formula for her croissants made with natural starter (just the ingredient amounts, I have the process described in another book)?

I plan to tackle that project when I get back from my vacation, and I am in the process of comparing different formulas -- I would love to see if and how Nancy Silverton's differs from the ones I've gathered so far.
