I have 10 overripe bananas that need to be used. I really don't want to make 3 loaves of banana bread. Do you guys have any suggestions on creative uses for them? I'm looking forward to your responses!  |

Put them in a blender and crush them smooth. Add 500 g whipped cream, lemon juice and one whipped white- eggs. Add some sugar. Blend together well and freeze. Nice ice-cream .
No more war , more babana ice cream! |

Yes to the smoothies...I had one for breakfast...
Yes to the freezing..
Our daughter makes beautiful crepes with Nutella and chopped banana as a filling...
