I posted this request on the cooking and eating forum, but actually it probably belongs here--forgive me for the double post:
Does anyone have a good recipe for duck breast that doesn't involve fruit? I bought some "magret de canard" at the store here and now don't know what to do with it! I have nothing against fruit/poultry combinations in general, but I'm craving something savory. TIA!! |

Why don't you do a Chinese 5 spice duck - or Peking Duck, another of the many chinese recipes.
Unfortunately I am a vegetarian, but I am sure that some of our chinese cooking specialists will be able to help you as these days I only eat mock duck!
