Check out my new (first) site, I just wanted to try one... I've wrote there how to make homemade chocolate, never tried it myself but it can be interested Smile

what a labour of love!

the closest I came to it recently was making chocolate sauce for churros Wink ~ however I started with a chunk of chocolate that was soooooooooooooooooo rich..'n heavenly.

my sister cannot for the life of her understand chocolate-coated nuts..of any kind...she can't get her head around chocolate + nuts. I sure can!!!

And I can comfirm that Madame's chocolate sauce for the churros was delicious! So were the churros.
