There seem to be topics here devoted to favorite internet sources for recipes and several on food blogs.

In this new topic, please feel free to mention your favorite culinary sites that don't fit the categories of either blog or recipe pool; take this topic wherever you would like to go.

I just wanted to bring to your attention a particular feature article on a site that I intend to visit more than I do.

David Leite has appeared regularly in the Best of Food Writing yearly anthologies. Given his background, he has a strong interest in Portuguese cooking that he sometimes shares on Culinaria. What I like about his web site is that it functions as a kind of magazine. There are editors, regular columns, recipes, reviews and best of all, good writing.
