Hello,

Can anyone recommend an upmarket holiday anywhere in the world where the hotel specializes in serving you wonderful, healthy, low calorie, low cholesterol gourmet food all day long?! (well, at least three times a day!) I suppose I'm probably looking for a health farm. Any recommendations?

Ann, in the US there are many spas, particularly in Arizona that focus on elegant, gourmet but very healthy foods. They add in spa treatments and yoga, hikes etc, and are wonderul. Here is an example

Also, some cruiselines now offer a healthfood menus, but even an entire healthfood cruise. one is affiliated with Cooking Light, i think Norwegian.
