My papa has spent some time in hospital..after one long day I felt drawn to the beach..as I drove to the car park I noticed big wide spaced rain blobs on the bonnet of the car..ummmmmm much rain ahead...within seconds hail and nowhere to hide!
As suddenly it stopped.
A drive to see if a friend was home. Alas no. Drive back to beach...oh the road!!! As the now again rain drops dropped..each formed a little bowl into which the sun shone. Wondrous. The road studded with tiny water bowls filled with sunshine..my oh my
The beach and the particular rainbow. The widest I've ever ever ever seen...and here's the thing...one end ended in the water..I've never seen such a thing..it seemed to continue into the water..with gorgeous ripples..
Goosebumps of a sight!
A rainbow that covered more than an average rainbow..perhaps it covered you! _________________ "I've never accepted the external appearance of things as the whole truth. The world is much more elaborate than the nerves of our eye can tell us." - James Gleeson |

Your rainbow sounds lovely.
I have a rainbow pic I'd love to post - it fits your description so much. I've tried to cut/paste, but haven't been successful. Is there a way to post the image without linking to another site? |
