Has anyone tried any that they liked?
Last time I was in Paris (1 1 /2 years ago) I ate at Les Cinq Saveurs d'Anada and it was ok - but I'm going back and I'd love to try someplace else. Preferably something not too expensive.
Or any recommendations in general.
Thanks. |

| One of the earlier posters recommended the Potager du Marais. We tried this place on a trip a few weeks ago. You'll need to book (earlier in the day will probably do it). It was a little hit and miss but perfectly fine. If you are in the neighbourhood and don't mind doing Italian in Paris, Little Italy on the other side of Rambuteau had a very good - and interesting - selection of veggie dishes at a reasonable price. |

Thanks Ginger & Cutty!
I've decided that I can in good conscience only drag my friend to a totally veggie place once for each city we're in....
For Paris I think I have now narrowed it down to either Le Potager du Marais, Lemoni or La Victoire Supreme du Coeur.
I wish there was something like menupages.com for Paris - is there?

In March 2002 we went to a very nice one in the Latin Quarter callled:
Le Grenier de Notre Dame (18, rue de la Bûcherie 5e Maubert-Mutualité/St-Michel, 014 3299829)
Hope that it's still there!

Hi everyone, after a few months of lurking I'm back - for a very good cause: I'm bumping this thread up because I'll be in Paris in October with a friend, and both of us are vegetarians. I figured two year old reccomendations may be a bit out of date, so if anyone has any new tips for us re where to go, I'd love to read them.
(This will also be my first visit to Paris!!!) |
