[Shut Up And Cook]

Hi all!

Sorry to have been MIA...I've been reading all the posts over the last month and very fun to see what you've all been cooking.

I made this yummy dessert a few weeks back: Shortbread topped with a Wedge of Triple Cream, Finished with a Rhubarb Compote

It was pretty good (how can you go wrong with cookie, cheese, and compote), but the shortbread wasn't great. Does anyone have a good recipe?

Bit too long to post in this forum...but I'd love to get some tips on how to improve the shortbread part of this concoction.

Can't wait to get back into the kitchen!!
