looking for summer cooking courses

Hi everyone

first of all please don t pay attention to my awful english...
i m a 23 french student and i m looking for cooking lessons for this summer
(i know, we already are in summer) in Paris or anywhere in France or even in Europe... there are a few conditions: not to expensive, a friendly and young atmosphere and several days of practice (not a one day formula)

thanks for your advices, adresses, tips...
