We'll be arriving in Paris from the Dordogne on November 1. Does anyone know if most restaurants will be closed on this holiday?

I don't think restaurants will close on the 1st Nov, apart from Christmas day and New Year's day as well as several weeks in August most restaurants stay open on their usual days.
Please note though, a lot of 'Michelin star' restaurants are close on Saturday and Sunday.
