The Galeries Lafayette Gourmet has an interesting selection as well (looking on their website, they showcase salts flavored with different wines), though I would avoid it at peak hours (weekends and lunch time) as we are heading into the Christmas buying frenzy.

Fleur de sel and regular French sea salt from Brittany can be found at most grocery stores (I know for sure that you can purchase fleur de sel at Monoprix).

Kara, with the fleur de sel, which comes from Brittany or the Camargue in the South of France. All the great chefs use this salt BUT you do not put it in whuile cooking, it is sprinkled on the dish before serving. It really brings out the flavors. _________________ Sharing food with another human being is an intimate act that should not be indulged in lightly
