I was just coming to the end of my christmas hamper efforts and I realised that I have misplaced the fudge recipe I used last year.
It was terribly easy, I used Valhrona chocolate, a little butter and a tin of condensed milk - for the life of me I can't remember any other ingredients but I am hoping that a kind blogger may be able to jog my memory....
Can anyone help? |

I'm afraid I can't dig up your old recipe from the back of the cupboard, but I use a very similar one, and it works fantanstically.
3 cups (18 ounces) semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 (14-ounce) can Sweetened Condensed Milk (NOT evaporated milk)
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Melt chocolate in a saucepan on low heat with the condensed milk, stirring so it doesn't burn. Stir in vanilla and flavorings of choice (peppermint schnapps, almond extract, other yummies). Pour into a pan to set.
I should give credit to Eagle Brands, www.eaglebrands.com, where I got the basics of the recipe.
