Tarte flambée à Colmar

(A very thin Alsacian tart with ham, onions, mushrooms, cream and comté cheese, cooked in a woodfire oven.)

Hello,
As I'm coming from Colmar, just a small remark: there is no Comté cheese on a tarte-flambée (may be on a special one), but some special "Quark-cheese".
