I'm a self professed home-cooked-Singaporean food-cook, moved to paris (without being able to speak french) for almost a year. I live around 3 mins walk from Corneil, and I've gone back to this restaurant about 5 times for the cote de boeuf, it's THE BEST!!!!!! It's addictive!
