How funny. I had the pistachio gelato the very next day. Amazingly delicious!

Well the crema is good but the pistachio is not as good as Pozzetto in the Marais in rue de Sicile (what a perfect street name for an Italian gelato place). I ended up spending all my after dinners there since I found it.
