Ah, L'Ebauchoir. I stayed in a small hotel right off Place de la Nation in May 2005 and wandered off down r. du Faubourg Saint Antoine. And stumbled upon L'Ebauchoir and decided to stay for dinner. The food, the ambience and the staff are all excellent and I returned a couple of other times. Hmmmm!
