I am excited to announce that I will be co-hosting a vegetable tasting dinner in Paris on June 25th and 26th with my friend Braden, co-owner and brilliant chef at the underground restaurant Hidden Kitchen where I’ve staged a few times. The dinner will be held at Bob’s Kitchen in the 3rd arrondissement, the wonderful vegetarian lunch restaurant where I worked in April.
Braden and I will be cooking a ten-course tasting menu that will focus on the glorious French vegetables* one has access to in June, and will be served with natural wines paired by Juan Sanchez, who runs wine shop La Dernière Goutte in Paris.
I hope you can join us! Dinner will start at 8pm, and the price is 80€ per person (ten-course dinner, paired wines included). Reservation requests are taken through email: please send your choice of date and number of guests along with your names and e-mail addresses at bobsveggiemenu *at* gmail *dot* com.
Update: Both nights are fully booked, but you can still email us to be placed on the waiting list, and we’ll contact you in case of a cancellation.
