    I had amazing desserts at a restaurant in montmarte, on rue de abbesses, heading west from the metro. I can’t remember the name and was wondering if you knew of such a place?

    Salut Clotilde; C’est magnifique–to remember Paris when I lived there such a short time in 1990. I am a pastry chef in Hawaii now. I have really enjoyed stumbling over your web page. It’s nice to see a french person open up the city of culinary magic to the world. I was able to work at “les entremets de france” which is owned by Sairge Breda, former Pastry Chef (sous) of Fauchon many years ago. It is a private shop with no retail when I worked as stage in it.
