One of our favorites from your recipes is still the ‘Gateau Piege’- I’ve made it several time this past year! Also, after a visit to Ireland, I had to find a ‘Flapjack’ recipe to recreate at home (an oatmeal snack cake, not to be confused with U.S. pancakes). I highly recommend this treat!

    • Thank you, I’m so pleased you like that cake! As for the flapjacks, have you found a recipe you like? I think of them as granola bars — are they in fact different?

I would say its a cross between a chewy granola bar & a great oatmeal cookie. The recipe is a combination of oats/brown sugar/butter/golden syrup/vanilla/cinnamon- but I still need to perfect the amounts to recreate what I sampled in the Irish bakery. To be continued…

I’m kind of surprised the roasted green beans didn’t make the top 10 – that recipe should have come with a warning, it was so addictive! ;)

    • Thank you Rachel, I’m in love with that one too! To be fair, there is a definite bias in those numbers: the recipes published in early 2015 have had more opportunities to be viewed than the ones published later. I should divide the pageviews by the number of days since publication. :)
